Hello, I am Viktor.

I spent three years as a hands-on software engineer, then three years managing projects in the energy sector in the Netherlands. The engineering taught me how systems break; the project work taught me where they break in practice — usually in the handoffs, spreadsheets and email threads between people who are all doing their jobs well.

Starting a company has always interested me. What finally convinced me was noticing how many inefficiencies are simple to solve with a little attention. Growing businesses rarely have time to give it that attention. ErgoLabs is where my technical interest and my love of problem solving meet.
